Rules and conditions of prize games organized by Terme Topol\u0161ica d.d.<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The organizer of the prize game is Terme Topol\u0161ica d.d., Topol\u0161ica 77, 3326 Topol\u0161ica, registration number 5259274000, tax number SI2892150 (hereinafter: the organizer).<\/p>\n

Natural persons, except employees of Terme Topol\u0161ica, can participate in the prize draw. Minors may participate with the consent of their parents or their legal representative.<\/p>\n

The conditions of participation in the prize game are published for each game separately on the Facebook page, Instagram page or on the organizer’s website. For all prize games of Terme Topol\u0161ica d.d. however, the following rules apply:<\/p>\n

The prize draw will take place on the day specified in the prize draw description on the website and \/ or Facebook \/ Instagram profile, and no later than 14 days after the end of the prize draw at the organizer’s headquarters.<\/p>\n

The organization, implementation and control over the course of the prize game and the drawing of winners is taken care of by a commission consisting of representatives of the organizer.<\/p>\n

The results of the draw are final, no appeal is possible. Prizes cannot be paid out in cash, nor can prizes be exchanged. An individual participant in the prize game can receive only one of the prizes. If a participant is drawn twice or more, he \/ she will receive the prize for which he \/ she was drawn first.<\/p>\n

The winner will be informed about the prize by sending a message on social networks or via the e-mail address provided during the prize draw. In the event that the prize draw takes place on social networks, the participant agrees to be marked by the organizer with a “tag” in the post.
The list of winners will be published on the website and \/ or Facebook \/ Instagram profile no later than three days after the prize draw.<\/p>\n

Everyone who participates in the prize game agrees that in case he is drawn or selected as the winner, he gives irrevocable consent to cooperate with the organizer in terms of using personal data of the winner (name and surname) and photographing the winner for advertising or. publications of the material thus obtained in all media (print media, websites, Facebook profiles, advertising editions or other media) of the organizer of the prize game without the right to compensation or payment. At the same time, it waives the right to review, approve, oppose any use of the material, editorial choice or appearance of the material.<\/p>\n

Prizes can be collected at Terme Topol\u0161ica, Topol\u0161ica 77, 3326 Topol\u0161ica during working hours. At the request of the winner, the prize can be sent by post, but the cost of sending will be borne by the winner. For the purpose of sending the prize, the winner must send the following personal data to the organizer: name and surname, exact address of permanent residence, place of residence. If the winner does not send this information within seven days of the call, he loses the right to the prize without the right to any compensation.<\/p>\n

All complaints and reclamations are resolved by the organizer of the prize game. In the case of justified complaints, the organizer undertakes to eliminate them as soon as possible and inform the participant.<\/p>\n
