Cooking makes a team stronger and connected!
We perform culinary team building according to the principle of master chef competitions. It takes place outdoors or indoors. We firmly believe that team-building programs cannot be organised on pre-prepared moulds. Each team as individual - it has its own internal dynamics, needs, desires, and abilities. That is why every team-building program is unique.
Create your own specialties
Together with the chef, the group prepares a delicious lunch. We divide you into several groups (depending on your own wishes or formed randomly). All members receive aprons and cooking caps. Groups have a set time to prepare a recipe and prepare a dish, choosing among the foods that are available on a special table in the pantry. However, the task is not as easy as food, time, and kitchen utensils are limited. Groups must show maximum creativity and ingenuity. Of course, when preparing meals, the chef is also present and advises and helps groups.

With our culinary team building, we help employees reinforce communication in new and unknown situations. Only through cooperation and team development of the strategy, groups can achieve the program's goal and prepare an excellent dish. Challenging, but fun preparation of the dishes is followed by testing and evaluation of all dishes. Duration and selection of dishes are tailored to the wishes of each group.
